English version. The next Ethereum mainnet upgrade, the Fusaka (Fulu+Osaka) fork, is scheduled for December 3rd and is primarily focused on enhancing the efficiency of the Layer 2 (L2) ecosystem. The most critical change is the implementation of EIP-7594 (PeerDAS), which will allow nodes to validate Blob data via Data Availability Sampling (DAS) instead of downloading all of it. This significantly increases the Blob space available for L2 rollups, which in turn reduces L2 gas costs. In addition to this, a small hard fork feature (EIP-7892: Blob Parameter Only Hardforks) is being added to allow the network to rapidly expand the Blob space in response to growing L2 demand. The upgrade also increases the default per-block gas limit (EIP-7935) to 60M, which is intended to improve transaction processing speed and reduce gas fees during network congestion. Furthermore, several other EIPs will be applied to boost the scalability and stability of L1, including.
