CZ, in response to user @BitImmortal's question about "whether the on-chain transaction volume of BTC being far from the levels of 2021 implies a major bull run," stated: "My intuition is that due to high fees and long block times, BTC now acts more like a reserve asset than a currency for transactions. Much of the new money is going into buying ETFs, and these ETFs don't show up in on-chain transactions. However, my view could be wrong."
