Double down on communities -- shift the LinkedIn networks over (and keep them out of the main feed)

Let me block people based on behavior vs. a specific tweet (e.g., reply guys or low value meme responses)

Instead of banning, have a cool down period.  Again, be more transparent when you're hitting that limit

Make audio a first-class citizen.  Recreate the https://hypem.com / SoundCloud experience and let people share/see what someone's listening to.
