There should be a way to send a transaction  as a file perhaps a new file extension type ‘.tx’

When the user clicks this file say on their phone, it options to open in any of their installed wallets (if they have multiple wallets installed).

When the click their preferred wallet, it opens the wallet and simulates the transaction and shows what’s going in or out.
Optionally, the sender can add a note in the transaction file that the wallet can also display before the use accepts and calls the transaction.

You know how the v1 frames transactions used to work where it opened in rainbow or coinbase and simulates the transaction. Similar to that but this time just clicking the file should do it.

Use case: you could just send the “register” transaction in a message group and anyone can just download file, download rainbow, click file.
You could tell everyone at an event to scan a QR, it dowloads the tx file, and they can open and run it in their favourite wallet
