1/3 one positive life change I’ve made recently - fully separate phone for workout (and bedtime) - only apps it has are Whoop, Spotify, Eight Sleep and PagerDuty; even Safari is disabled - there’s no real bedtime use other than the few nights where Eight Sleep autopilot gets the temperature wrong big improvement to overall workout routine

more seriously id suggest making work mode as insanely restricted as possible. no app notifs, nothing on the homepage, auto-on during work hours. then add things as they come up during work, but try to ask yourself each time "should this be on my work phone?". you'll end up with just what you need
