2 / Basic Checks Review all recent transactions in your wallets across different chains. Use services like debank.com to confirm the legitimacy of your transactions. Identify the origin of each transaction — can you spot spam or potential scam? Make sure your default browser is not the one you use for crypto activities.

3 / Browser Hygiene Always use a dedicated browser or browser profile for crypto operations. Regularly clear your browsing history and cookies in that profile. Don’t allow unnecessary ad tracking or excessive cookies. Keep bookmarks/folders up-to-date — know exactly which dApps you use.

4 / Disconnect Unused DApps Periodically remove dApp connections from your wallets (Metamask, Rabby, etc.). Maintain a “whitelist” of trusted apps and disconnect everything else. In Metamask: Settings → Connected sites → Remove permissions.
