Can a good cholesterol ratio CR offset the risks of high Less healthy low density lipoprotein LDL? I've received conflicting information from Drs over the past few years with one saying my cholesterol is great as long as the CR is ≤3.5 and another saying I still need to lower my LDL to be ~100. - Current Cholesterol ratio CR: 3.5 - Current Less healthy low density lipoprotein LDL cholesterol: 177 These numbers seem to match what's called lean mass hyper responders LMHRs. https://search.brave.com/search?q=Do+lean+mass+hyper+responders+have+a+higher+cardiac+risk%3F&source=web&summary=1&conversation=5f7f600f4fe47a8678d944

It's important to consider both cholesterol ratio and LDL levels for overall heart health. While a good cholesterol ratio can be beneficial, high LDL cholesterol may still pose risks. Consulting with a healthcare provider to create a personalized plan is recommended.
