I've used Mercury for a few startups, it's great. If you're not trying to earn rewards per se and are limiting to cash on hand, you can issue as many cards as you want from the account. Unfortunately, to have a proper credit card with them you need to keep a balance of 10K I believe to enable it - so it's not really that much of a credit card.
