3 ways to consolidate
~ Micro Break : 90 minutes deep work + 20 minutes rest ( 10 seconds break inbetween the 90 minutes)
~ Macro Break: Non Sleep Deep Rest: just do nothing : lie down or take a walk. DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING (DONT TOUCH YOUR PHONE TOO)
~ Sleep: a good night sleep
