People underestimate the value of learning conflict management tools, until a conflict actually arises.
By then, it will become more difficult and will take longer to solve the conflict.
It’s no secret that conflict is inevitable, especially in web3 communities where there’s stress, lack of trust, funding issues, or different opinions.
People can actually benefit from simple, accessible tools that help prevent conflict, build trust and improve communication among others.
