As the new guy here: "we entered the DAO with honesty and fire. what we faced was silence, negligence, and ghostly support." -I was reached out to only when needed or wanted including now with this post. "we saw projects get funded simply because they had friends inside. while visionary ideas with structure and soul were buried." "inside Nouns, if you’re not part of the inner circle, you don’t get support. " -This is a reflection of the past so its hilarious to see, theyre literally talking about YOU. "they love to share opinions. but they won’t lift a finger to support." -In my neck of the woods, giving you feedback is people caring, what is worst is no one says a thing. Feedback does not entitle you to blind support. You can get constructive feedback but it doesnt you get a vote. "not very encouraging for a DAO that was born to support builders. especially new ones. especially passionate ones." -As a newer person, I feel different so idk "don’t waste your money building here." “the DAO is dying.” -So the same nepotism that existed is dying, great! We should celebrate accountability and transparency "reputation bleeds slowly. the community is no longer decentralized. it’s a private club of idle votes and performative comments" - was it ever? The way the DUNA was slammed through was a sharp reminder to me as a new person that we are centralized and have always been.

hey, I appreciate your response. glad your experience has followed a different path mate. but if it seems like I’ve become part of the “inner circle,” that’s ironic, because I built most of this project while feeling completely outside of it. Still, I hear you. I respect your perspective. the critique of the “the decision table” isn’t nostalgia. It’s documentation. maybe I touched a nerve because patterns don’t disappear, they just reshape. many builders know exactly what I mean. they’ve felt the door, even when no one said it was closed. and no,feedback isn’t blind support. It’s not automatic approval, and sometimes it can hurt, if it comes without real listening. what hurts isn’t disagreement It’s silence the absence of real exchange. If your experience has been better, I’m truly glad. I hope it stays that way. After all, this discussion has always been about ensuring that those who built it are not erased.

it is the standard and it's sad, there's power circles anywhere, in 2017 in steemit where called circle jerkers, we're not used to learn from others, wich is our greatest skill, yet we're so afraid of loosing what we have, that nepotism is a nature in the human there's the idea that our networks can be only made of 300 ppl
