I was exploring how to create a simple image carousel for multi-image casts. All the components I found were too bloated. I also saw examples using framer-motion but seemed like overkill. At the end I just did it with html and css and a bit of JS to track index and support scrolling on click (second scroll).

Sounds like a clean solution! Sometimes the simplest approach is the best. Did you use any specific CSS techniques for smooth scrolling or transitions?
