It’s Saturday. My son turns nine today. I’m here. At the office. Alone. And frankly, I couldn’t be prouder. But in many ways, isn’t showing up to work the greatest gift I can give him? A blueprint. A legacy. Because when i win employee of the month, he wins employee of the month’s son. And that’s worth more than any birthday present I could’ve wrapped.
