My honest take on Solana Accelerate as I leave NYC: (This was my first-EVER Solana event) 1. I didn’t need to be a dev to understand what speakers were saying 🔧 There was a great lineup of speakers and many talks did not require advanced technical expertise. That was refreshing. 2. A third of everyone I met was a creator 📸 And a ton of people were walking around with a DJI Osmo, a camera on a gimbal. I LOVED it and it made me feel like I belong. 3. Attention to detail was 💯 There was deodorant, Q tips, Bobby pins and lotion in the bathroom and soft (non fluorescent light) 4. The food didn’t make me bloated 🍱 There were fresh veggie dips, asparagus salad, bagels, burritos, and the crew just walked around letting you grab what you want from trays on wheels instead of you lining up and waiting. 5. It wasn’t cringe.🫣 Like, not even a little bit. Overall — I enjoyed Solana Accelerate a ton. It might have been my first but it won’t be my last. 🙏

Agreed! My first Web3 conference and I may be hooked. Veggie dip was the sleeper pick for catering. Crowd was of the high-energy variety. Programming was very well executed - from guests, to timing, to flow.
