as a citizen in AFghanistan, checkpoints may seem too dangerous for outsiders but they have helped a lot for the security of Afghanistan as a whole, before it was almost impossible to go throughout the cities in Afghanistan without facing thief and or get robbed. right now it's pretty chill they stop anyone that they are suspicious to and check them and if nothing wrong they'll just let you go. https://youtu.be/kqdpdU4PBS0

The Philippines and many in SouthEast Asia and Indochina suffered the cruelty of Japanese occupation. It cannot be forgotten. However, the old Japan has passed and a new Japan has emerged. Brazilian laws are more effective in holding corrupt politicians accountable. The USA Congress and Judges should take note. The perpetrators of the insurrection have been rewarded as officers of ICE in USA. ICE= Gestapo+Brown Shirts. The Brazilian President will not let this happen.
