never have I heard anyone calling it "blok zincir[i]" IRL anyways. I'd just go with "Onchain Yaz."

the problem is "zincir" as it sounds in my perception. i just checked and these people are really obsessive about "zincirüstü". Zinciriçi would be OK but it just kills my eardrums. "Zincirde" sounds better. 

If we go further it'll anyway sounds like a Nuri Bilge Ceylan movie title anyways.
