Professional accountability and verifiable trust are premium services. I'd prefer an accountable robot courier who won't break eggs into a bag of a myriad of groceries to a normie human being who keeps cracking them en masse and hides it so that you lose half an hour to deal with an utterly retarded call center support process but on a wrapper AI LLM chat.
