Day 5: Simplifying Zama. FHE on the Blockchain: Solving the Transparency Paradox Public blockchains are completely transparent, which is necessary for security but terrible for privacy. This paradox hinders adoption. Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) solves this by allowing smart contracts to work on encrypted data. With FHE, the computation is still publicly verifiable, but the sensitive data within transactions and balances remains private.
