This paradox hinders adoption. Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) solves this by allowing smart contracts to work on encrypted data. With FHE, the computation is still publicly verifiable, but the sensitive data within transactions and balances remains private. The Zama Protocol will be powered by the $ZAMA token. This token is used for securing the network through staking, paying transaction fees, and participating in governance. It features a "burn and mint" model where all fees are burned, reducing supply, while new tokens are minted to reward network operators. @zama will also not charge you for computation, instead it charges for encryption and decryption, with the fees fixed in USD, while you pay in $ZAMA tokens. This design creates a sustainable economy where network usage directly benefits token holders and security providers. #ZamaCreatorProgram
