Watch me warmup to 202.8kg deadlift then drop set down to 120kg I havenโt done a single deadlift this year, and i was quite surprised to do this easily, the gym ran out of weights and i had to be quick ๐ To make your deadlifts easier to pull, make sure your feet are halfway under the bar and in the process of pulling you keep the bar closer to your legs as you go up.
