Robinhood is buying Canada's WonderFi for CA$250M (about $178.56M) in cash. This move helps Robinhood enter Canada's expanding crypto market. WonderFi runs Bitbuy and Coinsquare, two regulated platforms with over CA$2.1B in assets. Shareholders get CA$0.36 per share in the deal.
