Cucumbers in ice is so good. First saw my sil do it two years ago and fell in love with the idea if it. Leaned into the broth it creates as well Japanese cucumber, lemon cucumber, lemon basil, mint, mandarin quat, Fresno, 🧊, black pepper, olive oil, champagne vinegar.
