Completed first marathon Sunday. Had so much fun and learned so much. Running LA despite the course being goofy is awesome bc how city comes out.
Two big Takeaways
water bottle so I don’t have to rely heavily on water station and can drink less water/ electrolytes more often
More carbs leading up to race
I wanted to do marathon in zone 3 and see what happens. I think more fuel in the tank with carbs and better hydration during would’ve helped the hiccup I had towards mile 23-24.
