Homebuyer conditions for US consumers plummeted to their lowest level in history

The index of buying conditions for houses fell to  around 30 points which is below the previous low of 40 points in the early 1980s.

In /slovenia I see few great houses aren't selling for like, year. 
They aren't even mispriced.

I don’t have that but could see it being worse. Canada is def worse for example
