I was insanely inspired by the things people like @shalin.base.eth @priyankss.base.eth and others did to give us the awesome Base App that we have today.

If there're any Research communities you think I should join or resources/tools you think I will need as a beginner, I will be more than happy to dive in head first!

I remember learning HEART framework from some UXRs when I was at Google and still reference it all the time:
