Sometimes I need a discharge!⚡ When too much negativity and anger has accumulated, you need to find a healthy way to vent your emotions. Someone is going to the forest, someone is washing dishes, and I decided to beat the punching bag. However, it didn't work out very well 😆, but how do you usually deal with accumulated stress? The most important thing in this situation is to find your own personal ritual of relaxation. The main thing is not to keep everything to yourself, but to find constructive ways to express emotions. Then the inner harmony will be restored faster! 🧘♀️
