There are a lot of $10m transactions but there is so much suspicious context: the size relative to Egypt’s USD reserves, Trump meeting El Sisi (of all people) prior to the election and calling him “my favorite dictator”. I’d settle for him being disqualified to be president by how much he praises dictators, yet here we are.
