Tried switching from Claude to ChatGPT. Pretty shocked at the difference in code knowledge and UX. Claude still way better.

ChatGPT is easily the worst of the big guys.

Claude and Gemini both better. Grok better also.

OpenAI I think is a bit of a political company now and losing its scientific edge (it won’t matter they were first to market and Sam is a master business man)

I use both interchangeably depending on the use case but prefer Claude. Way better for editing and writing. The way Chat is so friendly and agreeable is annoying.

The difference between 3.5 and 3.7 was shocking. I think Gemini 2.5 Pro might be better now though.
