what’s the best cut and why is it a ribeye

Man…I’m suspicious. I love meat. But it’s kinda hard to deny Ribeye is just…out of this world delicious. We eat a lot of Top Sirloin down here in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We call it “Picanha” over here and it’s also fantastic. 

Ok, now I’m hungry and rethinking my dinner options….🤤
