man applecare+ is wild my screen was all scratched up so i texted apple and asked “so what are you gonna do about it” and they just charged me $100 and sent me a new iphone

And THAT is what we call Customer Experience. Seriously, Apple is truly out of the ordinary when it comes to that. I have only experienced things like that with their customer support.
