Venturing into Thai cooking, I've discovered the harmonious balance of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy flavors. Making a classic Pad Thai from scratch, with its stir-fried noodles, tender shrimp or tofu, crunchy peanuts, and a squeeze of lime, encapsulates the essence of Thai street food.
