It seems like while Cursor has been doing multi-agent nonsense (multi-agent is not good for synthesis yet) Zed has been working on context engineering. Been rooting for Zed for several years and hope to see an upset here.

I've been using Claude Code for a while for most work and then doing finishing touches in Cursor. Switching that Cursor step to Zed.

Nice, I need to hop on the Claude code train. Couldn’t get around the idea of moving out of an editor but I like the idea off deferring to an editor for finishing touches. Hadn’t heard of zed but I’ll check it out!
