I'm sure the Securities Exchange Commission doesn't mind securitized pump and dump advertising, especially when the top profit takers promise they're just trying to get others rich.

I think we had a Netflix documentary on this about a particular man who made off with that kind of promise gaming ... for a time.

Uncle Sam comes for his cut even if it's at the doorstep of you and your family's retirement plans.

Sad to read anemale's reply, so consider him a great web3 friend, but for sure many have lost money. 

People who have power and use it like that are terrible.
