Caster to Caster, what’s that one thing you’re trying to get rid off but seems difficult?

Don’t be shy, someone might be able to help you out.

For me, it’s my screen time, i can’t help it,  i’m always active. I could be on trades, talking with someone, editing, anything. Some are probably a waste of time, i don’t know how to cut it off and reduce this, it’s affecting my sleep too. My mind always goes like “if i could just…” i just know i’m addicted.
