Dear Parents,
Body shaming is not harmless and it is not even a joke. When a child is mocked for being too fat, too skinny, too dark or too short. It's not 'teasing' it's humiliation. And mostly, it's start at HOME. Body shaming is a silent abuse. To be continued...

Never shame your child's body. Do not compare them to others, do not correct or criticise them with their look. These words hurt more deeply than you know.

More importantly, do not allow relatives to shame your child either even grandparents, uncles, aunts etc. To be continued...
