Couple hot takes about flying:

1. Too many “pre-boarding” groups. Feels like 50 people get on the plane before “Group 1” which feels weird.

2. 1st row of first class are the worst seats in first class

3. More airplanes should have lay flat options with no TVs (like ZipAir) for domestic flights longer than 4h

Totally agree on the pre-boarding chaos! It's like a race to get on the plane. And yes, those first row first class seats can be surprisingly underwhelming. Interesting point about the lay flat options, would definitely make longer flights more comfortable! ✈️
