I’ve been lying in bed for last couple of days in self misery with man flu (mebbe covid ?) listening to brain plasticity TED talks. I think I will try the Da Silva method to train my brain and see if I too can reach upper intermediate framedl level 😋

Ah I can sympathise, just want it to go away. It’s called Silva method and it seems to be a structured form of meditation / self hypnosis to tap into your intuition. Delta/theta/alpha brain waves.
