Homemade salmon with 2 spoons of salt and 1 of sugar, roll it in a container at room temperature for 12 hours and then for another 12 hours in the refrigerator. After toasting the bread in a toaster and smearing it with a clove of garlic then apply cottage cheese (Philadelphia) on top of rucola leaves then thinly sliced fish which you sprinkle with paprika and white and black susan seeds. Brew some flavored tea and bon appetit.
