general observation most project teams don’t actually use what they are building. you see marketing folks writing threads about revolutionary infrastructure while never touching a single node. founders giving keynotes about seamless user experience but can’t walk you through their own onboarding. the disconnect is wild. heres the thing - being non-technical isn’t an excuse anymore. with claude, cursor, and other AI tools, anyone can spin up experiments and actually test what they are selling. want to talk about your ZK infrastructure? run a prover for a week. building a new DEX? make some swaps, provide liquidity, feel the pain points. launching a wallet? use it as your daily driver. theory is cheap. practice is where you find the real problems. long threads & articles give you knowledge, but nothing beats explaining something you have actually experienced. your users can tell the difference between someone whos read the docs and someone whos lived the product. not calling anyone out specifically - just think we would all benefit from more builders actually building with their own tools. if a non-technical person can figure it out, your technical product probably has legs.
