Here's the top 10 Crypto ICOs in 2025 by total raise. A lot of people in crypto don't seem to fully realize that there's been a slow comeback of ICOs over the last year and I think ICOs will continue to comeback. Ideally, they look more like IPOs where they're curated and leave the true price discovery to be found in the fully open and public markets. ICOs will have a renaissance. How big? Not sure exactly but the market structure bill passing or not passing will certainly have an impact. I'm paying closer attention to platforms like Legion, Echo and Coinlist as we move forward this year.
