This is a really great read that paints a relatively neutral view of how society has operated and progressed in modern times. Highly recommend reading it for anyone who wants to have a better perspective on how the big forces that shape our society interact and balance each other.
The exact answer on how we best move forward isn’t clear but the first step to figuring that out is having a clear idea of what the issues are and what the contributing factors are to those issues.
Appreciate this perspective from @vitalik.eth as we go into a new year.
