Gnars DAO isn’t our future, but an iteration on DAOs might be. Gnars . cc is where I’ll share my deeper thought, but for now… Gnars CC as in: + Crypto Currency + Creative Commons + Credit Cartel Our mission: grow the brand and accrue value back to our community coin. Wdyt?

Continuing to follow Zora’s lead is a major L. Overall, I’d like to see less of this trend chasing / hype machine / next shiny thing mentality. How many of your coin side projects have succeeded @gami.eth ? How many of your DAO side projects have failed? I don’t see a track record for a Gnars coin to be successful. I see it as another Gami experiment, tacked on to Gnars bc where else could you do it? Gnars still has some liquidity - so why not right?

Nothing. My point is - how does this actually benefit Gnars? It seem like another Gami money lego experiment, tacked onto Gnars because it is one of the few “subcults” left standing. If Gnars has a treasury and governance problem - how does the DAO borrowing capital actually help anything? Why would we borrow and deploy more capital when we have a fundamental issue of ROI and accountability for money already deployed.

It’s a thought experiment to illicit responses such as this second reply. To inspire some discussion. But if you’d prefer to flame me, as in your first, that’s fine too.

I'm sorry if you took it as a flame. When I see you discussing a thought experiment where you are interested in creating a Gnars coin - my mind instantly goes to Member, one of your previous coin experiments, which due to this that and the other went to zero and was abandoned. I think it is helpful to discuss your track record with these various thought experiments. I think we should view and judge your thought experiments as a whole - because there are people who participate in these experiments, and end up losing what they came in with.
