Finally got my Pinion world touring bike dialled in exactly. -XL tout terrain tanami frame -29er Lightbicycle carbon rims laced to Son dynamo and singlespeed rear hub -Pinion C12 gearbox -Gates belt drive -TRP Hylex hydraulic brakes -Rene Herse 700x55c slick tubeless tires -Honjo fenders -SQLab saddle -Cane creek headset Some other cool details, eg to mount the pinion shifter with drop bars, I had to spec a special three part separable drop bar. Anyway, rides like a dream. Nothing really to upgrade. 10k kms till the next servicing. π

wow me just riding an Amsterdam city bike lol (but hand built by these great bike builders https://www.sevw.nl/sevw/sevw.html - tip for anyone in Amsterdam, bikes are indestructible, what you need here)

Interesting! Yeah, owning bikes in Singapore is interesting because thereβs no theft and the resale market is pretty strong. Consequently you can usually recoup any cost invested in a bike if you decide to sell it one day. This leads to me owning a lot of niche bikes π
