My favorite breakfast lately: Greek yogurt and kefir chia pudding with summer fruits, granola, and pumpkin seeds :) Chia pudding recipe: Ingredients: 2/3 cup Greek yogurt 4 tbsp kefir 1 tbsp water 1/2 tbsp chia seeds Method: Combine all ingredients in a jar or container with a lid. Place covered mixture in the fridge overnight. Enjoy the next day! Serve with fruits, nuts, granola, and honey :)
