Today’s breakfast: cinnamon chia oatmeal with berries, melty chocolate chips, and peanut butter :) If you love oatmeal and/or are trying to increase the fiber in your diet, this recipe is perfect for you! ❤️ Cinnamon Chia Oatmeal 1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats 1 and 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup milk 1 tsp chia seeds 1/4 tsp cinnamon A pinch of salt 1 tsp date sugar (or substitute preferred sweetener) Optional: 1 tsp flaxseed Method: 1. Combine all ingredients in a stovetop pot and bring to a low boil. 2. Cook on medium or medium-low heat for around 10 minutes, until oats are fully cooked. 3. Serve in a bowl with toppings of choice. Enjoy!
