How to make your own delicious cottage cheese in under 1 hour🧀🤤 1. Boil 2 liters of milk 2. Add 1 liter of kefir (you should start seeing the separation of cheese and a yellow liquid, whey) 3. Turn off the fire 4. Let it sit for 30 min 5. Gather cheese and strain! That’s it — super easy delicious cottage cheese! It has about 20 grams of protein per 100 gram of product, which is awesome if you’re working out💪🏻😤 I try to use grass-fed pasteurized whole milk and kefir, it just tastes better, but you can do it with any milk you personally enjoy☺️ Maybe I’ll record a video next time with a step by step guide🫶🏻
