Finished one of my most challenging leg workouts of the year yesterday ☺️ slow and steady progress -warmup: bodyweight squats -split lunges 3x 5 reps per leg (40 lbs) -100 thrusters (40 lbs) -30 one arm snatches (20 lbs) -90 crunches -20 squats (20 lbs) -30 jumping lunges
