Ooh I want to try doing longer cook times! :) Usually I do 4 hours

I "accidentally" did my stock for 24hours recently and I HIGHLY recommend. I usually only do 12 hours but man the depth of flavor was more than doubled

It really is! I use it for so many recipes :)

I think you cook more often than I do at this point
