hiiii love this!! yes, add subtitles! 1. first 1 - 3 seconds should make people curious so text title at top should be "what's in my bag: coffee shop" or something. the hook is personable but only to people who already know you, so think about what would be compelling to wider audience. 2. couldn't tell if this is a product review or a what's in my bag; product reviews are great but typically different style than what's in my bag, which focuses on what you're packing vs. the bag itself. if you want to talk about bag, just say you love it at the beginning and why it's your favorite then go into what you put into it. 3. cut out any of the pauses! just go one item to the next if you want to lean more "what's in my bag". each should be really quick and avoid long explanations! everything should be one line per item.
