every time you post today i tell myself not to make fun of you for doing RN in a world where compiling swift on a local M-series chip is instant. i will NOT make fun of you for this.

The main thing that would make me want to stick with RN over native is the ability to do OTA updates reducing the need for app store reviews.

Yeah it's definitely possible to write things in a way that gives you more control server side via feature flags and APIs but it's not as flexible as RN for sure.

absolutely this part is sooo clutch, in the past i’ve done this via shipping betas using feature flags and updating those on the backend but the setup does not match to a shipping pace like yalls
